The day starts early at 6:00 AM when I check my service schedule for the day. After loading up the service van with essential tools and parts, I head to our morning briefing at Bradley Heating & Air Conditioning. We review the day’s appointments and any special requirements for each job.
First Call: AC Installation
By 8:00 AM, I’m at the first location where we’re installing a new air conditioning system. These installations typically require:
• Careful removal of old equipment
• Precise measurements for new unit placement
• Installation of new ductwork when necessary
• System testing and calibration
Afternoon Service
After lunch, it’s time for routine maintenance calls. This includes:
• Filter inspections and replacements
• Checking refrigerant levels
• Cleaning condenser coils
• Testing system performance
• Thermostat calibration
End of Day
